WIND POWER

Wind power plays a big role as the renewable energy develops. To verify that requirements on the acoustical environment outside is fulfilled, we conduct services to wind power industry and its parties. Our clients are mill owners, wind power planners, regulatory authorities, neighbors and mill manufacturers. We provide e.g. noise calculations, measurements of sound emission and imission as well as measurements and calculations of noise emitted when constructing the mills. We can also be present as experts at consultative meetings and have great experience in education.

Since March 2015 Akustikverkstan is accredited by SWEDAC for measurements of sound emission from wind power mills.
